INSIDE OUR SMOKER
The time and focus on our product starts with how we handle our fish. Carefully caught and iced immediatley upon landing! Our fish are fileted and smoked with the upmost percision. Our product is 100% unique and handmade, we believe you will love it just as much as we do!
All of our fish are caught one at a time by hand with a rod and a reel. We care about only taking our commercial limit and allowing fish populations time to reproduce, we don't utilize fish that are endangered or encountering low population numbers. All of our fish is sourced sustainibly and sound.

WHAT'S NEW FOR 2019?
Gus's history of fishing the vineyard waters dates back to his early childhood. He practices sustainble fishing and stands by his method of catching each fish with a rod & reel.
MEET OUR CREW
Nathan Gould graduated Johnson & Wales in 2007 with a degree in Culinary Nutrition. He has worked all over the United States but considers the vineyard his home. Nathan developed all the brines and recipes for MV Smokehouse.

We are so excited to start a busy season in 2019 ! Check us out at our newest market in Sandwhich (Tuesdays 9am-1pm) Osterville on (Fridays 9am-1pm)Falmouth (Thursdays 12-6pm), and at West Tisbury markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays (from 10 am - 1pm ).
